Questionnaire auto-fill
Vendor security questionnaires are weeks of work by hand. Radius360 drafts answers from your policies, controls, and evidence in minutes. You review every answer before it ships.
What it does
Upload a questionnaire. Radius360 parses the questions, matches them against your policies, framework controls, evidence, and risk posture, and drafts an answer for each. You review every draft, edit where needed, and copy the answers back into your questionnaire.
The goal is not to ship unreviewed AI output to prospects. It is to skip the 90 percent of work that is copy-pasting from a previous questionnaire so you can focus on the 10 percent that is genuinely new.
Supported formats
- CAIQ v4 (Cloud Security Alliance)
- SIG Lite and SIG Full (Shared Assessments)
- Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files. For Google Sheets, download as Excel or CSV first.
- Word documents (.docx)
- PDF files (text-based; scanned PDFs do not work)
- Plain text, or paste the questions straight in, one per line
Files can be up to 10 MB.
Running an auto-fill
- 1Open Vendors from the sidebar and select the AI Questionnaire tab.
- 2Upload the file, or paste the questions one per line. Radius360 pulls the question text out of the file and loads it into the box so you can check it.
- 3Click Auto-Fill with AI. Radius360 drafts an answer to each question from your policies, risk register, active frameworks, and evidence.
- 4When complete, each question is listed with its draft answer underneath.
Reviewing and copying answers
Work through the answers top to bottom. Read every one, and check it against how you actually operate. Questions with no clear source in your data need a manual answer.
Use Copy on a single answer, or Copy All for the full set, and paste the answers into your questionnaire. Edit them there before you send it. Start Over clears the results for the next questionnaire.
Never ship an un-reviewed questionnaire
The auto-fill is a draft. Reviewing every answer is required, not optional. Prospects rely on questionnaire answers to make purchase decisions and auditors treat them as formal attestations. Get this wrong and you have a real problem.Question types that work well
Auto-fill works best on questions like:
- "Do you have a written information security policy?"
- "Is MFA enforced for administrative access?"
- "What is your data retention period for production backups?"
- "Have you completed a SOC 2 Type II audit in the last 12 months?"
- "Describe your incident response process."
Auto-fill struggles on:
- Highly customer-specific questions ("How would you handle the X scenario in our environment?")
- Open-ended essay questions beyond a paragraph
- Forward-looking questions ("What new controls are planned for 2026?")
- Questions about legal structure or corporate governance (outside the platform's data scope)
Limits
Questionnaire auto-fill is available on every plan, including the trial. See billing for plan details.
