White-label branding
For practices selling Radius360 as part of their own service, white-label branding replaces Radius360's identity with your client's (or your practice's) branding across every client-facing surface.
What white-label covers
- Client portal. When a client logs into their own tenant, they see their logo, color scheme, and name instead of Radius360's.
- Board reports and audit exports. PDF outputs carry the client's or practice's logo, colors, and footer.
- Email notifications. Outbound emails, such as daily summaries and scheduled reports, carry your logo and a custom sender name.
- Custom domain. Access the tenant at
compliance.clientname.cominstead ofradius360.co.
What white-label does not cover: internal operator views. When you (as the vCISO or MSSP) are working inside a client's tenant, you still see the Radius360 interface. The white-label version is what your client sees when they log in directly.
Configuring per-client branding
- 1Inside a specific client's tenant, go to Settings, Branding.
- 2Upload a logo (SVG or PNG, transparent background preferred).
- 3Pick a primary color and an accent color. Used for buttons, links, and highlights throughout the client-facing surfaces.
- 4Set the custom app name. This is what appears in place of Radius360 in the header. Usually the client's company name.
- 5Optional: set an email sender name for outbound emails, and choose whether to show the "Powered by Radius360" badge in reports and the footer.
Custom domains
On Enterprise, each client tenant can be accessed at a custom domain like compliance.clientname.com. Configuration:
- 1In White-Label Branding, enter the desired custom domain.
- 2Radius360 provides a CNAME record. Add it to the client's DNS pointing to our infrastructure.
- 3Once DNS propagates (usually under 30 minutes), Radius360 provisions a TLS certificate automatically via Let's Encrypt and the domain goes live.
- 4The client can now access their tenant at the custom domain. The old
radius360.coURL still works for operator access.
Certificate renewal is automatic
TLS certificates on custom domains renew automatically 30 days before expiry. You do not need to manage certificate lifecycle.Branded PDF exports
Board reports, audit packages, and risk register exports all respect the white-label configuration of the tenant they are generated from. The PDF header, footer, cover page, color palette, and typography align with the configured branding.
For practices that want every client's PDF to carry the practice's branding (not each client's), configure white-label at the Organization level. This overrides per-client branding for exports, keeping the practice identity consistent across client deliverables.
Limits
White-label is available on Program, Practice, and Enterprise plans, and during the trial.
- Program and Practice. Per-client logo, colors, app name, email sender name, and branded PDF exports. No custom domain.
- Enterprise. Everything above, plus custom domains per tenant, branded email domains, and Organization-level overrides.
